Although we will always attempt to resolve any complaint to your satisfaction, we cannot accept liability for alleged defects, mistakes or poor quality of service which have not been notified to us within 7 calendar days after the supply of the product or service. If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction either you or we may refer it to a Conciliation Service. A referral of any matter to the Conciliation Service by us does not affect your right to pursue the matter through the Court.

If you postpone or cancel an order for goods or services made with us prior to the agreed delivery or completion date date we may charge you according to how much notice you provide :-
· Between 4-7 days: 50% of the total charges
· 3 days: 75% of the total charges
· 1-2 days: 90% of the total charges
· Less than 24 hours: 100% of the total charges
In addition we reserve the right to charge you in full for any expenses already incurred by us in designing, developing or building the product or service that you have ordered from us, provided that the total amount charged by us to you will not exceed the total price agreed with you for the supply of the product or service.
If you wish to cancel or postpone an order placed by you with us for the supply of goods or services, please notify us in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Customer Service, Findfax Limited, 39 West Street, Coggeshall, Essex CO6 1NS. The notice period will be deemed to start from the date and time that we receive your email or posted notification.
This does not affect your right to cancel your order with us where we have failed to fulfil any agreed part of your order and a complaint by you to us under our complaints procedure has failed to resolve your complaint to our mutual satisfaction.
